We are looking for motivated and confident Insurance Sales Executives / Insurance Advisors to join our team.
The role is primarily Work From Home, where you will connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain suitable insurance plans, and help them complete the policy purchase process.
Earning Opportunity
Up to 10,000 incentive/commission per successful insurance policy, subject to applicable policy issuance and company payout terms.
Actual earnings depend on successful policy issuance, eligibility and applicable commission/payout terms. This is a performance-based opportunity and not a fixed-salary role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable insurance plans.
- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premiums and important terms.
- Assist customers during the insurance application and purchase process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Work towards achieving monthly policy sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
- Attend training and team meetings as required.
Work From Home
Primary work mode: Work From Home
Most of the work can be done remotely through phone calls and online communication.
However, when required:
- You may need to attend a meeting with a client.
- You may accompany a senior/team member for a client meeting.
- Depending on the requirement, you may also need to meet a customer independently to explain the insurance plan.
Who Can Apply?
- 12th Pass / Graduate candidates.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in insurance, banking, telesales, direct sales or field sales will be preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
- Candidates should be motivated, target-oriented and willing to learn.
