Role & responsibilities :-

- Lead and manage overall plant maintenance activities, including Injection Moulding Machines, utilities, electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum breakdown/downtime.
- Develop and implement Preventive & Predictive Maintenance schedules.
- Take ownership of Injection Moulding Machine maintenance, troubleshooting and reliability improvement.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions for recurring breakdowns.
- Manage electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC and automation-related maintenance.
- Plan and control maintenance spares, manpower, AMC and service vendors.
- Prepare and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets for maintenance activities.
- Drive TPM, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality,



Projects and Purchase teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team, including engineers, technicians and contract manpower.
- Support current machine installation, commissioning and plant expansion projects.
- Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance cost, energy consumption and equipment downtime.
- Prepare and present maintenance performance reports and improvement plans to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile :-

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 1218 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance, preferably in the automotive/plastics manufacturing industry.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Injection Moulding Machine maintenance.
