The ideal candidate will have expertise in PHP, WordPress, and Shopify, along with a good understanding of AI and automation tools and will be responsible for building and maintaining back-end systems for clients websites and e-commerce platforms and ensuring their visual appeal and user experience.

Job role:
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop and implement website solutions
- Work as individual contributor to ensure the websites are functional and meet clients' requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Develop and maintain websites and e-commerce platforms using PHP, WordPress, and Shopify
- Integrate back-end systems with front-end web interfaces
- Troubleshoot and debug back-end systems and resolve any technical issues
- Implement and maintain database systems, including data storage, retrieval, and backup
- Ensure the proper functioning of APIs and web services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest back-end web development trends and technologies
- Ensure that the websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in website development
- Experience in back-end web development, with a focus on PHP, WordPress, and Shopify
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge and understanding of AI tools, AI-assisted development platforms, and automation tools is required
- Understanding of security and data privacy principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
