Job Description:

BelWo is looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) technologies. The ideal candidate should have started their career in a development/technical role and transitioned into project management, giving them the ability to understand both technical and business requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and client discussions through development, QA, implementation and delivery, while ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple CCM projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and actively participate in client calls, requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs and project updates.
- Work closely with development, QA, business and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Translate business/client requirements into clear technical requirements and coordinate with development teams for implementation.
- Leverage previous development experience to understand technical challenges, dependencies, estimations and solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers/technical resources and ensure effective allocation of work.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies and resource utilisation.
- Proactively identify project risks and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure proper project documentation, status reporting and governance.




- Drive continuous improvement in project processes, delivery practices and reporting.
- Handle client expectations, escalations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to quality, security and compliance requirements.
- Perform any other project-related responsibilities as assigned by the Director.

Required Technical Exposure:

Candidates should have hands-on development/technical experience in CCM technologies, preferably one or more of:

- Quadient
- OpenText / Exstream
- SmartCOMM
- Solimar
- Other relevant CCM platforms

A strong understanding of CCM development, templates, document composition, workflows, migrations/integrations and technical project dependencies will be highly preferred.

Experience & Skills:

- 8-10+ years of overall CCM technical experience, preferably with a development background.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management / Project Coordination / Technical Project Management.
- Experience managing a team of developers/technical resources.
- Proven experience handling projects from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Strong experience in client communication and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, Smartsheet or similar.

Qualification:

- Must have - B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT or related field, MCA, MBA or equivalent.
- Positive to have - PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or other recognised Project Management certification
