Purpose/Objective

Statutory Position under CMR 2017 Shift Under Manager will act as the Statutory Under Manager / ACM and will be working as the In-Charge of all Shift operations and will be responsible for production and safety of the targeted quantity of coal from the Underground Mines.
Mine Development activities, Drifting, Drivage, Conveyor Installation, dealing with emergencies (if any) and duties as assigned by mines manager and Underground pit incharge.
Shall perform duties and responsibilities as per CMR 2017 and ensure statutory compliances and other applicable laws to the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Responsibilities: Coordinate all activities related to mining production.
Ensure the coal production, quality & H&S; are met.




Responsible for Cost Optimization, Preparing SSR and Other compliances Optimum utilization and deployment of man and machinery for coal production.

Technical Competencies

Handle all Trainings ,Shift Mining activities along Safety parameters,production and safety of the targeted

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications: B.
E.
/ B.
Tech (Mining) / Diploma .
Experience: 1-3 Years’ experience in Coal (preferably Underground Coal Mines) Second Class Certificate of Competency (Coal – Unrestricted)
