Job Title: Trainee Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in machine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Monitor mechanical equipment and identify breakdown and maintenance issues.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Assist in installation, commissioning and alignment of machinery.
- Maintain records of machine maintenance, breakdowns and spare parts.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Support root-cause analysis of recurring machine problems.
- Assist in maintaining tools, equipment and maintenance inventory.
- Prepare basic maintenance reports and daily activity updates.
- Learn and work with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and utility systems.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the maintenance area.
