About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials and services required for our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in procurement processes within the manufacturing sector and a strong understanding of vendor management, cost control, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from identifying suppliers and negotiating

contracts to ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Conduct market and product research to identify new materials, technologies, and

suppliers that can improve product quality or reduce costs.

- Collaborate closely with the R&D;, production, and technology teams to align

procurement strategy with business and product development goals.

- Maintain strong vendor relationships and continuously evaluate supplier performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.




- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements through technology and

innovation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and market shifts to

support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,

Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain

management - preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on cost efficiency and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
