We are looking for a responsible, assertive and proactive Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day factory operations, workers and production activities from manufacturing through final packing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage factory workers/labour and assign daily tasks as per production requirements.
- Monitor workers, productivity and ensure work is completed efficiently, correctly and on time.
- Supervise manufacturing and packing activities and ensure compliance with SOPs and company procedures.
- Maintain daily production, stock and manpower records.
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished stock.
- Identify and proactively resolve day-to-day production and manpower issues.
- Coordinate with management and ensure smooth and timely production.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3-4+ years of experience as a Factory/Production Supervisor in a manufacturing factory.
- Strong experience in handling workers/labour and managing factory-floor operations.
- Assertive, responsible, disciplined and proactive in solving problems.
- Positive communication and people-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
