*Sales and Marketing Head* position.

*Please note that experience in the CNC Machine Tool industry is mandatory for this role.* We are looking for candidates with proven experience in marketing and business development of CNC machine tools.

*Key Requirements:*

* BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Marketing is preferred.

* 1020+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the CNC Machine Tool industry.

* Mandatory experience in machine tool sales, customer acquisition, and business development.

* Solid network with automotive, aerospace, general engineering, defense, and precision manufacturing customers.

* Experience in handling dealer networks, key accounts, OEM customers, and export markets is preferred.

* Ability to prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and participate in technical discussions.

* Experience in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, exhibitions, and product launches.

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional sales and marketing teams.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

* Build a sales and marketing team across India.

* Should be willing to travel to customer places for critical bookings.
