Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure seamless integration of global operations by coordinating with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Having Experience in Managing Global Clients in U.S Region.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions for asset tracking and management.
- Utilize ServiceNow platform to manage service requests, incidents, and knowledge base articles related to assets.
- Develop reports using Power BI or other tools to provide insights on asset performance metrics such as availability, utilization, and maintenance history.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management for Global Clients Mainly US Region (B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization).
- Strong Communication in English & able to communicate with U.S clients.
- Robust understanding of Asset Tracking, Data Management, Life Cycle Management, Reporting And Analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Servicenow platform for incident & problem management; ability to create custom workflows & approval processes.
