Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager with 6-8 years of experience in a SaaS product organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong product management expertise, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to build products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.

The candidate should be a Certified Product Manager with a successful track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research and product strategy to execution and go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Customer Understanding

- Develop a deep understanding of target customers, market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive offerings.
- Identify customer pain points, unmet needs, and business opportunities through market research, customer interactions, and data analysis.
- Act as the voice of the customer and ensure customer needs are reflected in product decisions.

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Translate market insights into product opportunities and creative solutions.
- Continuously evaluate market opportunities and recommend product enhancements to strengthen competitive positioning.

Product Planning & Execution





- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives.
- Create product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, and Quality teams to deliver high-quality products and features.
- Monitor product performance and leverage data-driven insights to improve adoption and customer satisfaction.

Go-to-Market & Product Success

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support product launches and adoption.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Enable customer-facing teams with relevant product knowledge and competitive insights.
- Track product performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or software product company.
- Certified Product Manager (AIPMM, Product School, or equivalent
