Responsibilities include Assisting customers with product and service-related queries. Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally Providing support through inbound and outbound calls.

Skills Require Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English. Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.



Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally. Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts (US. shift hours).

Eligibility

Age: 18 to 30 yrs

Fluent English

0 to 4 years' experience

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Salary

Permanent Voice Role: INR 3,00,000 - 4,60,000 L.P.A

Shift: Night (US & Australian) Cab: Free 2-way cab (Mandatory for females. Males opting out get 3,300 extra/month)
