Role Profiles: Store Manager (SM) & Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Minimum Eligibility

Education -12th pass minimum; Graduate preferred

Experience - SM: 4 + years in retail management.

ASM: 3 years in a senior retail role

Skills

Jewellery, Accessories, or Premium Lifestyle Retail preferred Store operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, team development, customer handling Languages- English + local language preferred

Key Responsibilities

-Achieve store sales targets, conversion rates, and average order value (ATV) goals.

-Recruit, train, develop, and appraise the store team. -Ensure VM (Visual Merchandising) standards always align with brand guidelines.

-Manage daily operations: opening/closing, cash reconciliation, stock audits, and shrinkage control.

-Handle escalated customer complaints and build long-term customer relationships.

-Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports to the Regional Manager.

-Uphold PALMONAS service standards and ensure brand compliance across all touchpoints store level
