Job Description
TeamLease is hiring Field Sales Officers on behalf of Client., a Home appliances manufacturing company established in 1994.
The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, developing new customers, maintaining existing relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's home appliance products in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop customer relationships.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers and other potential customers.
- Promote and sell home appliance products.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
- Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in field sales / channel sales / FMCG / consumer durables / home appliances will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates are preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills may also be considered.
