Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer who will be responsible for the execution, supervision, coordination, and completion of Control Room Interior Projects at various project sites across India. The candidate should be comfortable with Pan India travel and have hands-on experience in interior execution and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities for control room interior projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, project teams, and client representatives at site.
- Execute and monitor false ceiling, wall paneling, flooring, partitions, interior finishing and related works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and site resources.
- Check measurements, workmanship, alignment, levels, finishing, and installation quality.
- Coordinate with the design/project team for drawings, BOQs, site requirements, and technical clarifications.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurements, and material records.




- Ensure proper completion, snag rectification, finishing, and site handover.
- Follow project safety requirements and ensure safe working practices at site.
- Travel extensively across Pan India project locations as required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 25 years of experience in Interior Execution / Fit-Out / Site Engineering / Project Execution.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- False Ceiling
- Wall Paneling
- Flooring
- Partitions
- Interior Fit-Out
- Finishing Works
- Site Coordination

- Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of site measurements, materials, workmanship, and quality control.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Candidates from Interior Fit-Out, Commercial Interiors, Control Room, Modular Workspace, Furniture or Construction backgrounds are preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Must be comfortable travelling across India for project execution.
- Should be willing to stay at project sites as per project requirements.
- Strong ownership of site execution and project completion.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Practical, disciplined, and solution-oriented approach.
