Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Provide L1 technical support for end-users via calls, emails, and tickets.
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, desktops/laptops, printers, and network basics.
Assist with user onboarding, account creation, and password resets.
Ensure proper documentation of issues and solutions.
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for unresolved issues.
Understanding of Active Directory, MS Outlook, antivirus, VPN, etc.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills
