Role: Commercial Executive / Site Accountant

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance or equivalent

Experience: 05 to 10 Years in Project / Site Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify and process vendor / contractor bills and invoices related to smart metering installations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Manage and approve staff conveyance, travel reimbursements and field expense claims in line with company policies
- Handle GST-related activities including invoice validation, input credit checks and coordination with finance for timely filings
- Generate and validate E-way bills for movement of smart meters and associated equipment across project locations
- Monitor store / warehouse operations, including inventory reconciliation, material dispatch tracking and periodic site visits
- Support commercial documentation, MIS reporting and coordination with project teams to ensure smooth execution of AMISP deliverables
