Role Purpose

The Lead Fenergo KYC SaaS Developer / Configuration Engineer will play a central role in the implementation, development and ongoing management of LSEGs Fenergo KYC SaaS platform. During the initial Day 0 and MVP implementation, the role will work closely with Fenergo, systems integrators and other third-party delivery partners to shape the solution, validate designs, oversee configuration and integrations, and ensure that the platform is implemented in a maintainable and supportable manner. Following the initial implementation, the role will transition into a long-term platform ownership position, responsible for the ongoing development, delivery, operation and technical management of Fenergo within an Agile, product-led environment. This is a hands-on engineering and configuration role. The successful candidate will combine deep knowledge of the Fenergo platform with robust delivery, integration and product-development capabilities. They will act as an internal subject-matter expert, reduce dependency on third parties and help establish a sustainable in-house Fenergo engineering capability.

Requirements Key Responsibilities
Day 0 and MVP Implementation

- Work alongside Fenergo, systems integrators and implementation partners to deliver the initial KYC platform capability.

- Review and challenge solution designs, requirements, configuration approaches and integration patterns proposed by third parties.

- Ensure that business and AFC policy requirements are translated accurately into Fenergo workflows, rules, risk models and data requirements.

- Validate that proposed solutions use standard Fenergo capabilities appropriately and avoid unnecessary customisation.

- Participate directly in platform configuration,



integration development, testing, data migration and deployment activities.

- Identify design defects, product limitations, operational risks and maintainability concerns early in the delivery lifecycle.

- Ensure that technical decisions, configuration and integration patterns are appropriately documented.

- Establish effective knowledge transfer from implementation partners into LSEG.

- Build sufficient internal capability to support a controlled transition from vendor-led implementation to internal platform ownership.

- Support readiness for production, including operational acceptance, support models, monitoring, release processes and environment controls.
Platform Configuration and Development

- Configure and maintain Fenergo KYC and Client Lifecycle Management capabilities.

- Develop workflows covering onboarding, due diligence, periodic reviews, event-driven reviews, remediation and offboarding.

- Configure lifecycle stages, activities, tasks, queues, approvals, routing logic, service levels and exception-handling processes.

- Configure entity types, related parties, ownership and control structures, beneficial ownership requirements, documents and declarations.

- Develop and maintain customer risk-assessment models, due-diligence rules and risk-based processing.

- Configure user roles, permissions, work groups and segregation-of-duties controls.

- Assess new requirements against existing platform capabilities and recommend appropriate implementation options.
