We are looking for Application Support with incident management candidates and who can join with in 15 days and who can come for Face to face round of interview to our Bangalore office.
Note:If you are immediate joiner or 15 days notice period then only apply.
Role & responsibilities
1. Positive communication skills.
2. Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as ELK, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
3. Experience in major incident handling, with exposure as a Junior Incident Manager.
4. Ability to drive Major Incident RCA and ensure timely resolution.
5.Domain-specific knowledge is not required for this role
