- Manage day-to-day operations of IT depot, ensuring efficient laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Oversee team management, providing guidance on technical issues and resolving complex problems escalated from other teams.
- Develop robust communication skills to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding asset management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT asset management using Servicenow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Depot Management or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Any Specialization or equivalent qualification; relevant certifications like MCSE/MCSA would be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting, including OS installation & configuration.
- Proficiency in IT Asset Management tools such as ServiceNow ITSM module.
