Corporate Relations and Placement Drives.

- Industry Networking: A core responsibility is to build and maintain solid relationships with HR professionals, industry leaders, and recruiters to attract them to the campus for hiring .
- End-to-End Placement Management: They plan and execute the entire campus placement cycle. This involves inviting companies, scheduling pre-placement talks, coordinating tests, interviews, and the final selection process, ensuring a smooth experience for both recruiters and students .
- Internship Facilitation: They also facilitate summer internships, industrial training, and apprenticeships, which can often lead to full-time job offers

responsible for identifying the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, then bridging it through targeted training.

- Employability Skills: They design and coordinate training programs to enhance students' soft skills, aptitude, communication, and interview techniques.
