Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse/silo civil construction activity
- Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with civil contractor, structural contractors and vendors
- Check excavation, PCC, RCC, foundations, columns, flooring, masonry and other civil works.
- Verify measurements and contractor bills.
- Monitor material consumption and avoid wastage.
- Ensure construction quality and safety at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Coordinate with management and consultants for drawing/technical clarifications.
- Monitor project progress against the planned schedule.
- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.

Required Skills:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Valuable knowledge of RCC, foundations, flooring and industrial/warehouse construction
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings
- Good contractor and labour handling skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.

Ideal candidate: A hands-on site engineer who can independently manage the day-to-day civil execution of the Vijayawada (Nuzvid/Malavalli) warehouse/silo project.
