Job Description: ITGC / ERP Process Owner / ERP Administrator

We are seeking a hands-on ITGC / ERP Process Owner / ERP Administrator with 6 to 8 years of experience in ERP administration, ITGC, access management, audit coordination, security, and compliance.

The candidate should have practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV or ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
The role requires independent ownership of ERP access controls, UAM, SoD, ITGC audits, change controls, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer ERP users, roles, permissions, permission sets, and privileged access.
- Manage the complete JoinerMover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle, including creation, modification, review, and deactivation of user access.
- Perform periodic user-access and privileged-access reviews.
- Identify and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and related mitigating controls.
- Coordinate ITGC audits, walkthroughs, evidence submission, control testing support, and audit-observation closure.
- Maintain access approvals, audit trails, SOPs, RCMs, access matrices, and control documentation.
- Manage ERP change controls, including request, approval, testing/UAT evidence, deployment approval, and closure.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, IT, ERP teams, consultants, and auditors for compliance and control requirements.
- Mandatory Skills, Experience & Education





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA/MCA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- 3–7 years in ERP administration, ITGC, IT compliance, ERP security, application controls, or IT audit.
- Hands-on experience with Business Central / Dynamics NAV, or ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.
- Robust knowledge of UAM, roles/permissions, access reviews, privileged access, and SoD.
- Practical experience in ITGC audits, audit evidence, change management, SOP/RCM documentation, and audit closure.
- Ability to independently manage and explain the complete JML and access-review lifecycle.

Preferred

- ITGC / ERP audit exposure with PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or similar firms.
- CISA, ISO 27001, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent certification.
- Strong documentation, analytical, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.

Candidate Priority

Mandatory combination: Hands-on ERP Administration + ITGC / Access-Control Ownership.
Business Central / Dynamics NAV experience is highly preferred.

Candidates with only generic audit experience without ERP administration, or only ERP functional experience without ITGC, UAM, SoD, audit evidence, and change-control exposure, should not be shortlisted.
