Hiring Alert: Mid to Senior level AI Product Designer (2-4 years)

This is not a desk-only, pixel-perfect UI role.

This is an ops-heavy, field-first design role.

We’re hiring a Product Designer to help strengthen our Product Experience and Design Ops —by working closely with on-ground teams, testing ideas in the real world, and rapidly iterating on what actually works.

What You’ll Do

- Work closely with product, ops, and engineering to prioritize and ship real outcomes

- Run quick iterations—prototype, test in the field, refine, repeat

- Engage directly with users and on-ground teams to uncover real problems

- Build quick prototypes using tools like Replit, Lovable, Emergent, etc

- Support Design Ops—maintain design systems and improve design QA





What You Bring

- Solid UX/UI fundamentals, having worked at least 2- 4 years as a Product designer

- Strong user-first thinking—especially in complex, real-world scenarios (Logistics, Transport space is a bonus)

- Clear communication and ability to work across functions without friction

- Proven Outcome-driven design impact in a business function (B2B preferred)

Bonus Points If You

- Move fast and are comfortable with imperfect, evolving problems

- Use AI-first workflows to accelerate design and prototyping
- Have built
