Job Overview

CREDAXIS is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Telesales to join our growing team. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity where your earnings are directly linked to your sales performance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable loan/financial products, and converting leads into successful business.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

* Generate and convert leads through telesales.

* Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable products.

* Follow up with interested customers regularly.

* Maintain proper communication and customer relationships.

* Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

* Coordinate with the operations team for case processing and closure.

* Update customer and sales information in the CRM/system.

* Work independently and maintain consistent performance from home.

Who Can Apply?

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.





* Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, loans, insurance, DSA, fintech, or financial services will be preferred.

* Good Hindi/Odia communication skills; basic English is an advantage.

* Must have a smartphone, stable internet connection, and a suitable work-from-home setup.

* Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented candidates are preferred.
