JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SALES / MERCHANT ACQUISITION

? Position: Field Sales Executive / Merchant Acquisition

CTC: ₹23,000 per month

? Experience: Minimum 1 Year

? Age: Up to 35 Years

Eligibility & Requirements:

✅ Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition experience required

✅ Business Loan / Personal Loan sales experience will also be preferred

✅ Google Pay / PhonePe / BharatPe experience preferred

✅ Candidate should be comfortable with field work

✅ Valuable communication skills required

? Android phone mandatory

❌ iPhone candidates are not eligible

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Acquire new merchants through field visits.

? Explain and promote the company's payment and merchant services.

? Onboard new merchants and complete the registration process.

? Build and maintain good relationships with merchants.

? Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.

? Visit markets regularly to generate new business leads.

? Provide support to merchants regarding services and onboarding.

? Ensure proper documentation and reporting of daily work activities.
