Role: Team Lead Blue Collar Recruitment

Location: Guindy, Chennai - 600032

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the blue-collar recruitment team and field recruiters.
- Handle recruitment portals and ensure regular sourcing and candidate follow-ups.
- Manage bulk hiring for manufacturing or logistic and related industries.
- Coordinate with field recruiters for candidate mobilization, screening, and joining.
- Track daily recruitment targets, interview schedules, and joining status.
- Source candidates through portals, references, job fairs, and field recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and deployment.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Train, guide, and monitor recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in blue-collar/bulk recruitment. + Team handling experience
- Experience handling recruitment portals and field recruitment teams.
