About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team in the Bangalore west region
As a BDE, you will play a key role in expanding PhonePe’s merchant network, driving digital payment adoption, and supporting our local business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new merchants in assigned wards under the Bangalore west territory
Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure continued engagement.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for onboarding and transaction volume.
Promote PhonePe’s products and offers to merchants to increase adoption.
Conduct field visits and collect feedback to improve service quality.
