Architect – Commercial Office Interiors & Residential (5+ Years Experience)

Position: Architect

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning for commercial office and residential projects.

* Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, GFCs, and detailed construction drawings.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.

* Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.

* Review material selections, finishes, and design details.

* Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly.

* Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants.

* Manage project timelines and deliverables.

* Prepare BOQs and coordinate with estimation and procurement teams.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office (knowledge of Lumion/Enscape is an added advantage).

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

* Experience in commercial office interiors and residential projects is mandatory.

* Robust design, detailing, and coordination skills.
