About the Role

Sales Co Asia is looking for an ambitious and motivated Team Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid communication, leadership and people-management skills who is ready to take responsibility for team performance and development.

As a Team Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the team, help drive sales and marketing campaigns, develop team members and contribute to achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support a team to achieve individual and company targets

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback

Support the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns

Help train and develop new and existing team members

Set clear objectives and encourage a positive, high-performance culture

Track performance, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Support recruitment, onboarding and team development activities

Build strong relationships with customers, clients and business partners

Assist senior management with business growth initiatives

Lead by example and maintain high standards of professionalism
