Assistant Store Manager – Luxoro Formello (South Extension Part II, New Delhi)

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentive

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily store operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Guide customers in selecting premium footwear and accessories.
- Supervise store staff and maintain discipline.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash management.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

Requirements:





- Graduate with at least 1 year of retail sales/store management experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in footwear, apparel, fashion, or luxury retail preferred.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed personality, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
