Job Title: Accounts & Billing Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a detailed and organized Accounts & Billing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle daily customer invoicing, track counter sales, manage inventory records, and maintain accurate ledger accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Billing & Invoicing: Generate fast, accurate tax invoices, cash memos, and estimates for retail, contractor, and wholesale customers.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Maintain customer and vendor ledgers, track outstanding payments, issue payment reminders, and record collections (cash, UPI, cards, bank transfers).
- Inventory & Stock Tracking: Log incoming stock from suppliers, update stock quantities in the accounting software, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- GST & Tax Compliance: Maintain structured daily sales/purchase registers and assist our external accountant with monthly GST filing records (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- Vendor & Expense Management:



Verify supplier bills against purchase orders/delivery challans and process vendor payments.
- Day-End Reconciliation: Perform daily cash drawer balancing and reconcile cash-on-hand with system registers.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1–3 years of billing and accounting experience (experience in retail hardware, electronics, or electrical trading is a plus).
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime, Busy, Marg, or Zoho Books).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Solid understanding of GST rates, HSN codes, and basic tax structure for electrical goods.
- Key Traits: High numerical accuracy, positive communication skills for handling customer billing queries, and reliability in cash handling.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience managing multi-item inventory catalogs (cables, switchgear, lighting, fixtures).
