To take complete ownership of BMPL's manufacturing operations — running the entire plant safely, efficiently and profitably while meeting customer quality and delivery requirements to full ISO and automotive (IATF 16949) standards. The Plant Head is accountable for output, quality, cost, delivery, maintenance, safety and people across all processes, and is BMPL's senior point of contact for OEM customers and their audits.

Key responsibilities:

- Run all production — laser cutting, CNC bending, CNC/VMC machining, welding and assembly
- Meet production targets, quality standards and on-time delivery
- Maintain ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems and handle OEM customer audits
- Use core quality tools — PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC
- Lead the shop-floor team and manage maintenance, safety and cost control

Requirements:

- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- 5-9years in sheet-metal / machining manufacturing, with plant leadership experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and core tools
- Experience supplying auto / tractor / engineering OEMs preferred
