Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Presales to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client relationships, generating sales opportunities, and guiding customers through the property buying process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer service.

Position: Presales Executive – Real Estate

Salary Package: ₹2.4 LPA + Attractive Incentives up to ₹5.5 LPA

Performance Benefits: Salary hike every 3 months based on performance

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions and sales closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.




- Maintain accurate client records, lead databases, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of real estate sales, property markets, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, BFSI, tele sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
