Position Overview

A Technical Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. Technical Support Engineers are responsible for providing services to all merchants and developers, following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.

Eligibility & Hiring Criteria

- Education: BS, BSEE, CS, or other relevant technical degree.
- Experience: 2+ years of working experience in a Software Product Development or Technical Support role.
- Communication: Strong English written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Flexibility: Willing to work on shift.

Required Skills

- Programming Languages: Positive understanding of any programming language like Java, .NET, PHP, Python, or others.
- Web & API: Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs & Front-end is a must.
- System Knowledge: Should know how to call APIs and understand client-server communication.
- Soft Skills:



Strong problem-solving, active listening, and technical documentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Merchant & Developer Support: Work directly with customers (developers/merchants) and internal teams on post-integration (live) issues.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues related to client code, libraries, connectivity, networking, etc.
- Integration & Configuration: Assist with the integration and configuration of APIs and products across multiple channels, including mobile devices (smartphones/tablets), and share integration best practices.
- Onboarding: Support merchant onboarding and account configuration.
- Escalations: Communicate live issues to merchants and internal stakeholders; identify and submit defects.
