Ranjeet Car Care Experts is looking for an experienced and energetic Workshop & Marketing Manager to manage our automobile workshop operations as well as customer acquisition and marketing activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day workshop operations and staff
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings and follow-ups
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with proper quality checks
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors and customers
- Monitor workshop sales, job cards and daily targets
- Generate new customers through local marketing and digital marketing
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies and other business partners
- Handle social media, Google presence and promotional campaigns
- Increase workshop leads, sales and repeat customers
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
- Candidate Requirements2–5 years of experience in the automobile industry
- Experience in workshop management / automobile service centre
- Knowledge of car servicing, repair,



denting & painting or insurance claims preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of digital/local marketing
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets
- Should be responsible, energetic and target-oriented
- Candidates with experience in multi-brand car workshops will be preferred

? Salary₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
