1. Welcome customers and understand their car care requirements.
2. Explain detailing services, packages, offers, and pricing to customers.
3. Coordinate with the detailing/service team for smooth vehicle delivery.
4. Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service.
5. Give updates to customers regarding service progress and vehicle status.
6. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction before and after service completion.
8. Follow up with customers after service for feedback.
9. Generate repeat business through regular customer follow-ups.
10. Promote AMC, premium detailing packages, ceramic coating, PPF, and other services.
11. Maintain customer records and service history.
12. Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.
13. Collect customer feedback and report issues to the Branch Manager.
14. Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to improve customer experience.
15. Prepare daily customer follow-up and service reports.
