Tarzan Fitness is a 13,000 sq ft premium gym on Kudlu Road, serving Harlur, HSR Layout and Kudlu. We are hiring four certified trainers. What we require — all three A recognised fitness certification. K11, Gold's, ACE, CFT, REPS, or a B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed / physical education degree. Bring the certificate to the interview. Working English. You will coach members who expect to be taught in English. Hindi and Kannada on top of that are a real plus. 1 to 3 years on a gym floor. We are not looking for twelve years — we are looking for someone early enough to grow with the floor. A sports background counts for a lot. If you played at school, district or state level, or you came through a physical education course, say so in your application. It is the thing we look for first. What you will do Run personal training sessions and take group classes inside your 8-hour shift. Take new members through their first month properly — that is where retention is won or lost. Keep the floor protected. Correct form before it becomes an injury. Track your clients' progress and actually review it with them. How the shift works 8-hour shift,



6 days a week. Morning, evening or split — the gym decides the shift, not the trainer. Be clear about this before applying. How the money works ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 fixed depending on certification and experience. A certified trainer under a year starts at ₹18,000 to ₹22,000, reviewed at six months. On top of that, a personal training incentive. Group class sales are averaged into that same incentive, so a trainer who fills group classes earns the same as one who sells personal training. If you think group classes are the boring part of the job, this is not the gym for you — say so now rather than in month two. Realistic total with incentive is ₹30,000 to ₹50,000.
