About Tittertots

Tittertots is a growing D2C kids and family sleepwear/lifestyle brand. We are looking for a E-commerce Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of paid digital marketing as well as the performance and operations of our e-commerce channels.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can work directly inside advertising and marketplace dashboards—not someone who only coordinates with agencies.

Key Responsibilities1.

1. Marketplace Advertising

Own and optimize advertising across marketplaces such as:

- Amazon
- Myntra
- FirstCry
- Other marketplaces added by Tittertots

Responsibilities include campaign creation, keyword/product targeting, budget allocation, bid optimization and analysis of ROAS/ACOS and marketplace sales performance.

4. E-commerce & Marketplace Management

Take ownership of the overall health and performance of Tittertots' e-commerce channels.

- Monitor channel-wise sales and growth.
- Manage marketplace accounts and dashboards.
- Ensure listings, pricing, promotions and inventory are correctly maintained.
- Monitor marketplace account health and SLAs.
- Identify listing/catalogue issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Plan marketplace promotions and sale participation.
- Analyse SKU-wise and category-wise performance.
- Improve visibility and sales of products across platforms.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and support teams.

5. E-commerce Operations Oversight

The role will also oversee day-to-day operations, with an E-commerce Operations Executive/junior resource supporting execution.

The Manager will be expected to:

- Ensure daily orders are processed on time.
- Monitor inventory synchronization across platforms.
- Review returns, RTOs and cancellations.




- Ensure marketplace reconciliation and settlement issues are tracked.
- Guide the Operations Executive on daily priorities.
- Set processes and checklists for smooth operations.
- Escalate and resolve major operational issues.

The Manager is accountable for the output, even when routine execution is delegated to the junior team member.

6. MIS, Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
- Track sales by channel.
- Track ad spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA/CAC and conversion rates.
- Track marketplace ROAS/ACOS.
- Analyse SKU/category performance.
- Monitor returns, RTO and cancellations.
- Track inventory and stock availability.
- Present key insights, problems and recommended actions to management.

Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience managing e-commerce marketplace advertising.
- Hands-on understanding of Amazon Seller Central , Myntra, Nykaa, Firstcry and/or other marketplace panels.
- Robust understanding of e-commerce operations.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Understanding of ROAS, CPA/CAC, ACOS, CTR, CVR and other e-commerce metrics.
- Ability to analyse data and independently make optimization decisions.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with Shopify and OMS platforms such as Unicommerce will be an advantage.
- D2C/fashion/kidswear/lifestyle brand experience will be preferred.

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who can look at the business every morning and answer:

How much did we sell yesterday? How much did we spend? Which campaigns worked? Which didn't? Which marketplace is growing? Which products are selling? Where are we losing money? Is inventory available? Are orders being processed correctly? And what action should we take today?

This is not an agency-coordination-only role. The candidate must be comfortable with marketplace dashboards.

Agency experience is preferred.
