Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Fresher

Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated fresher to support our sales team in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and regularly following up with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact recent leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Understand basic customer requirements and record them accurately

• Prepare and share quotations under the guidance of the sales team

• Follow up on pending quotations and customer decisions

• Coordinate site surveys and meetings with the sales and technical teams

• Maintain updated lead status and follow-up notes in ERP/CRM

• Respond professionally to basic customer queries

• Escalate technical or commercial questions to the appropriate team member

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly conversion targets





Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate or final-year student willing to work full-time

• Freshers are welcome

• Good spoken Hindi and basic written English

• Comfortable speaking with customers over calls

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp

• Responsible, disciplined and consistent with follow-ups

• Willingness to learn CCTV, access control, fire alarm and other security solutions

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support or quotation preparation is an advantage

• Candidates residing in or near Gurugram will be preferred
