3. Explain car detailing services, packages, ceramic coating, PPF, polishing, interior cleaning, etc.
4. Generate current leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online enquiries.
5. Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
6. Upsell premium detailing packages and additional services.
7. Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
8. Handle and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
9. Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
10. Monitor Target vs Achievement.
11. Develop new B2B and corporate customer opportunities.
12. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the service team.
13. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
