Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (As per experience and process)

- Open Positions20 Openings – Immediate Joining – Both Fresher & Experienced – ₹12K–15K – Non-DRA
- 30 Openings – Immediate Joining – CS Experience Required – ₹15K–18K – Non-DRA
- 40 Openings – Immediate Joining – Both Fresher & Experienced – ₹16K–20K – DRA
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments, EMI reminders, and collection follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable resolutions.
- Maintain proper call records and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and commitment tracking.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.




- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, collection guidelines, and legal regulations.
- Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
- Mandatory SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred SkillsPrior experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, or sales.
- Knowledge of banking or collection processes.
- Ability to manage difficult customer conversations professionally.
- Experience using CRM or calling software.

- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
