About the RoleADVOWORLDS STARTINBHARAT11 LLP is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Associates (Inside Sales) to join our growing team.

The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain company services, processes, and offerings.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong and professional client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Training & Career GrowthFirst Month – Training Period





- Structured training on company services, sales processes, communication, client handling, and lead conversion.
- Practical exposure to the Inside Sales process.

Post-Training

- Based on performance, communication skills, and target achievement, successful candidates will be considered for promotion with increased responsibilities and growth opportunities opportunities.
