We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our junior engineers and oversee day-to-day construction activities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and guide junior civil engineers and site staff.
- Independently handle routine technical and site-related decisions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and architects.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, measurements and timelines.
- Resolve site issues proactively and ensure work does not stop due to routine decisions.
- Review drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans and specifications.
- Escalate only major technical, financial or design-related decisions to management.
- Take complete ownership of day-to-day site execution.

Experience: 8–12+ years in building construction

Key requirement: Robust decision-making, leadership and site execution skills. The candidate should be capable of running the site independently without requiring constant instructions from the owner.
