Position: Crew Member / Ice Cream Parlor Staff

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers politely.

Take customer orders and handle billing/POS.

Prepare and serve ice creams, waffles, shakes, sundaes, and beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.

Refill stock and manage inventory properly.

Follow food safety and quality standards.

Handle online delivery orders (Swiggy/Zomato) efficiently.

Support team members during rush hours.

Ensure proper customer service and quick order preparation.

Requirements

Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.

Good communication and positive attitude.

Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Team player with customer-friendly behavior.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹11,500 per month
