About the RoleWe are looking for a well-groomed, energetic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
- Explain menu items, daily specials and promotions when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of table setup, cleanliness and presentation.
- Follow proper service sequence and restaurant SOPs.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and service team for smooth operations.
- Check guest satisfaction during the meal and resolve basic concerns.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant floor and service areas.
- Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
- Support the team during busy operations, events and peak hours.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, grooming and safety standards.
- Candidate RequirementsPrevious hospitality/restaurant experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a guest-oriented approach.
- Positive grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive and disciplined attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
- Knowledge of English/Hindi is preferred.
