We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

* Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories and other social media content.

* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

* Monitor social media trends, audience engagement and competitor activities.

* Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.

* Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and promotional content.

* Use Canva and basic video editing tools to create social media content.

* Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

* Respond to comments, messages and customer queries professionally.

* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features and algorithms.
