We are looking for an experienced Amazon Accounting Manager & Marketing (Ads) to manage Amazon account operations, sales accounting, financial reports, and Amazon advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, sales reconciliation, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Accounting & Account Management

- Manage daily Amazon Seller Central account activities.
- Track sales, orders, returns, refunds, and settlements.
- Maintain accurate sales and expense records.
- Reconcile Amazon payments and settlements with company accounts.
- Prepare regular sales, profit, and performance reports.
- Monitor account health and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with the finance team for accurate accounting and reconciliation.

Amazon Marketing & Ads

- Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Optimize bids, keywords, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and identify current advertising opportunities.




- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Control advertising spend while achieving sales and profitability targets.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC/Ads.
- Strong understanding of Amazon accounting, settlements, and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns.
- Good knowledge of ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage budgets and meet sales and profitability targets.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
