Job Summary,

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee property acquisition, leasing, sales, and management operations. The ideal candidate will handle client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure profitable management of real estate assets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and acquire/lease properties as per business requirements
- Manage end-to-end sales/leasing process — client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Prepare and manage budgets, rent rolls, and financial reports for properties




- Ensure timely renewal of lease agreements and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with legal team for documentation, agreements, and due diligence
- Handle property maintenance, vendor management, and tenant relations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales or leasing targets
- Prepare MIS reports and present performance updates to management
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management
- Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
- Valuable knowledge of local real estate market and regulations (RERA etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
