Ivyleague CSFORALL Academy Private Limited is hiring Business Development Associates and Senior Business Development Associates for its Lancrs Academy Bangla vertical.

This is a full-time, onsite B2C sales role in Kolkata. The role involves speaking with prospective learners, understanding their career and learning requirements, explaining the appropriate Lancrs Academy Bangla program, handling questions and objections, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through phone calls and other communication channels
- Understand the candidate's requirements before recommending the appropriate program
- Explain program structure, pricing and other relevant information clearly
- Follow up consistently with interested leads
- Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally
- Work towards individual monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM/system
- Coordinate with internal teams wherever required
- Follow the company's sales process and communication standards

Candidate Requirements

- Fluent Bengali is mandatory
- Must also be comfortable communicating in Hindi and English
- Previous experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales,



Business Development, EdTech Sales or Customer Handling is preferred
- Strong communication and listening ability
- Comfortable handling phone-based sales conversations
- Positive follow-up and objection-handling skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with individual sales targets
- Ability to work from our Kolkata office

Compensation

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month, depending on experience, interview performance and suitability.

Monthly Performance Incentives:

- ₹2 lakh individual sales → ₹5,000
- ₹4 lakh individual sales → ₹12,500
- ₹6 lakh individual sales → ₹22,500
- ₹8 lakh individual sales → ₹42,500

Additional Benefits

- Performance Bonus: Up to ₹30,000/year, based on exceptional sales performance and applicable targets
- Health Insurance/Reimbursement Benefit: Up to ₹24,000, applicable after completion of 6 months
- Training & Development Allowance: Up to ₹24,000/year, as per company policy
- Year-End Bonus: ₹20,000, subject to applicable company terms
